At WildBird, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar sturdy mailer, making sure to include the packing slip inside.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
